3D Sintered Appliances
Our 3D sintered appliances offer precision, strength, and consistency through advanced 3D printing. You can request sintered bands combined with a handcrafted appliance, or choose a fully 3D printed appliance. Just indicate your preference on the order form, and we’ll fabricate it to your exact specifications.
Band
Our bands are designed for use with a variety of appliances including space maintainers, holding arches, and expanders. Crafted from chromium-cobalt alloy for superior bond strength, they can be placed supra-gingivally, eliminating the need for separators and improving fit longevity.
Band & Loop/Unilateral
This durable space maintainer is custom printed to fit each patient and is fixed to one side of the mouth. Simple to place, highly reliable for maintaining arch integrity.
Transpalatal Arch (TPA)
Fixed to both sides of the mouth, our 3D-printed bilateral space maintainers are custom designed to fit each patient without needing manual bending. Multiple design options available to meet clinical needs.
Nance
Our 3D-printed Nance appliance is manufactured as a single piece for superior comfort, hygiene, and fit. Featuring a half-round wire and custom-contoured bands, it ensures stability and simplifies maintenance.
Rapid Palatal Expander
Designed to be placed supra-gingivally without separators, our 3D-printed expanders feature superior bond strength thanks to chromium-cobalt alloy. This creates a more secure, longer-lasting fit. Printing is also available in stainless steel.
Bonded Retainer
Our patented upper and lower bonded retainers are thinner, easier to place, and provide better patient comfort and adaptation. Their slim design often allows simultaneous wear of both upper and lower retainers, improving retention and compliance.
Crown
Our crowns are used in a range of orthodontic applications, including rapid palatal expanders, Herbst appliances, and distalizers. They offer improved seating, reduced risk of decalcification, and a perforated occlusal design to allow cement extrusion.
HAAS Appliance
This advanced HAAS appliance is printed with bands attached for a stronger, cleaner framework. It fits correctly the first time, eliminates the need for separators, and reduces fitting time from hours to minutes.
Keles Keyless Expander
No more frustration over finding the tiny activation hole, making incomplete turns, screw backspin, or misplacing the key thanks to the unique built-in arm. Its small size allows for a deep placement, enabling true skeletal expansion and enhanced comfort.
