JC Ortho Lab provides a printable UPS shipping label to send your orthodontic case directly to our lab in Barnegat, NJ. Just package your items, attach the label, and drop it off at any UPS location.
Local Delivery Available:
Practices located in our local delivery area may qualify for pickup and delivery at a reduced shipping rate. Contact us to find out if your office is eligible.

Prescription Requirements:
Please ensure that a prescription is attached to each impression or model. To help us deliver the best possible results, we ask that all prescriptions be clear, detailed, and complete.
Quality Check:
The quality of our work depends heavily on the quality of the impression and the resulting model. Before shipping, please take a moment to check for common issues such as distortions, missing teeth, air bubbles, and misaligned bands. We strongly recommend using dental stone for all working models.
Band Fitting:
We are happy to fit bands for any fixed appliance. For the most accurate and secure fit, we recommend submitting doctor-fitted prefabricated bands. This helps us deliver the best possible result for your patients.
Shipping Tips:
To reduce shipping costs, we recommend consolidating multiple cases into a single package when possible. When packing, please ensure that models are not in occlusion and are securely cushioned to prevent movement during transit.
Rush Cases:
UPS Express Overnight delivery is available for rush cases upon request, for an additional fee.
